Terms of use

This site describes Cairnvale products and provides the Alderbrook implementation workspace. It is not a patient portal, not an emergency service, and not clinical advice. Paid use of Cairnvale is governed by the customer's agreement, not by this page.

Don't submit information about a real patient who is outside the workspace. Don't send passwords or payment card numbers. Assist can be wrong about a workflow; confirm anything operational with the project team before acting on it.

The workspace may be unavailable during maintenance. Continued use of the site means you understand these limits.
