Each customer organization has a workspace. Bridge writes a tenant-scoped read model. Atlas, Relay, and Assist use those views.

Assistant actions

When Assist opens a chart, a contract, or an export job, the action is written to the workspace audit trail with the tool name and the time.

People and on-call

Security & Trust coordinates incidents. Platform Engineering covers runtime. Clinical Informatics owns terminology quality. Critical incidents have an on-call rotation.

Cairnvale is not a medical device and does not provide care. We do not publish certification badges on this site. Customers who need security materials for a review can request them from security@cairnvaleclinical.com.
