Cairnvale Bridge
Interoperability with a signed mapping.
Bridge accepts FHIR R4 from a facility interface, checks the resources the network agreed to exchange, and writes a tenant-scoped read model.
What a connected feed means
A facility is marked connected only after the mapping checklist is approved. Bridge 4.2 keeps the field-level provenance for that approval and raises a drift alert when an EHR upgrade changes a mapped element.
Resources in the current maps
Patient, Encounter, and Observation are the resources implementation teams reconcile first. Identifiers in the workspace use Cairnvale patient ids and the medical record number supplied by the feed. Assist can open one chart at a time from that index during a connector review.
