Relay is the work list for referrals and coordination tasks. Each item keeps the facility it came from and the handoff that moved it.
The current delivery focus is queue integrity: stale items, escalation notes, and a lineage a coordinator can read without opening the EHR. Support cases about Relay are visible in the customer workspace alongside the queue.
